Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Use must be read carefully before using the services offered by Easy-Trend (hereinafter “the owner”). Using the service, or even simply browsing the website, implies explicit acceptance of these Terms, of the Privacy Policy and of all the rules, policies and/or procedures used by Easy-Trend and/or published on the website, including the updates made to it from time to time, which are not necessarily communicated directly other than through this section. Use of Easy-Trend's services and of the portal itself is conditional on acceptance of these Terms. If you do not wish to accept these Terms and therefore do not intend to use the services offered by the portal, you must not use the website and must not download any material contained in it. Easy-Trend reserves the right to update these Terms without notice and without having to notify anyone.

Use, registration, subscription

Easy-Trend's services and its portal are intended for users who have reached the age of 18. Browsing certain sections of the Portal is offered to users without any registration, while some sections of the Portal are accessible to users only upon registration. Users who register must provide certain personal data and follow the registration procedure. The authentication process is part of the normal security and authentication procedures and is intended to protect the safety of users and to verify that the user is genuinely interested in registering or activating an account. Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the personal data processing notice. Knowledge of the codes used to access the Portal and/or the Service by third parties may allow access by unauthorised third parties. Registered users must therefore take care of their access codes and keep them confidential. The user is directly and indirectly responsible for any improper and unlawful use of the Service by themselves or by third parties using the platform in their name.

Rights of the owner

Restrictions

The website is not addressed to Users to whom a jurisdiction applies that prohibits the publication, access to or use of the Website. The owner is able to and reserves the right to track information on the user's IP address, domain, type of computer and browser used, as well as the pages the user usually consults. The owner collects such information in order to administer and improve its system but above all to prevent any kind of redistribution of its products and to protect the user's sensitive data. The user agrees that they may be held liable for every statement made, and for acts and omissions occurring through the use of their subscription or password, and agrees never to disclose the latter. The user accepts that the owner may at any time terminate their subscription without any notice, should a breach of any provision of these rules be established.
